3-Session Executive Workshop

You walk in with a MacBook. You walk out with an AI system that runs your company.

Not a demo. Not a template you will never open. Your system, personalised to your company, your team, your numbers, your goals — running before you leave the room.

The Problem

I could not tell you, on any given Tuesday, whether we were winning or losing.

I make roughly 20 decisions a week. A year ago, I could remember maybe five of them by Friday. Commitments I made in Monday meetings evaporated by Wednesday. Numbers I needed for strategy conversations were scattered across seven spreadsheets that nobody updated on time.

That is not a tools problem. I had tools. Notion, Asana, Google Sheets, a CRM, a half-used EOS implementation. None of them talked to each other. None of them thought. None of them held me accountable when I said I would do something and then did not.

So I built something different.

A persistent AI execution system that captures every decision, tracks every commitment, delivers a daily briefing in 10 seconds, scores itself against 15 criteria, and tells me the truth even when I do not want to hear it. I have run my company on this system every day for the past year.

This workshop installs that system on your MacBook.

Who This Is For

I built this for four kinds of leaders.

If you see yourself in any of them, this is your room.

The Founder

You are tired of holding everyone accountable except yourself.

You run a company doing RM 2 million to 50 million in revenue. Every major decision crosses your desk. You have tried AI tools, maybe even paid for Claude or ChatGPT, but your usage is random. Some days you use it heavily. Most days you forget it exists. You do not need another workshop that teaches you what AI can do. You need someone to install the operating layer you cannot build alone.

The Systematiser

You built every system in your company — and you have hit the ceiling.

You are a director, VP, or senior partner. You built the spreadsheets, the trackers, the meeting cadences. You arrive early and leave late because 30% of your day is meta-work: compiling data, preparing agendas, chasing follow-ups. You are extremely good at this. You are also exhausted by it. This workshop gives you the system you have been trying to build.

The CEO

You cannot afford to be the last leader in your industry without an AI system.

You run a larger organisation — 200 to 5,000 people. Your challenge is not doing the work. It is maintaining strategic visibility while making decisions fast enough to stay ahead. Your HR team already ran an AI workshop for your managers. It was good — for them. You need the version built for the person at the top. Not a staff tool. A leadership instrument.

The Connector

You want to bring your best people into the room.

You have already experienced my work — a workshop, the book, or my content. You want to validate the experience firsthand so your recommendation is authentic. And you know three to five founders who need this. The price does not bother you. You would never recommend a cheap workshop to a CEO. You would recommend a serious investment that delivers a running system.

Who This Is Not For

Ten seats. I would rather leave them empty than fill them with the wrong people.

Every person in the room shapes the experience for everyone else.

If your boss sent you to “evaluate this.”

This workshop is built for the decision-maker, not the delegate. The system runs on YOUR vision, YOUR priorities, YOUR revenue targets. A delegate can build the structure. Only you can provide the intelligence.

If you collect workshop certificates.

If you have attended five AI trainings this year and you are looking for a sixth, this is the wrong room. This workshop requires homework between sessions. It requires running your War Room the next morning. It requires loading your real numbers into a real system.

If you do not have a MacBook.

The workshop is macOS only. This ensures every participant has the same terminal, the same environment, and the same experience. We are building a Windows track for a future cohort.

What to Expect

Three sessions. Twelve hours. One running system.

You start with nothing and end with a production system built on your real company data. Every exercise uses your numbers, your team, your priorities.

Session 1 — 4 Hours

Build Your Kitchen

You open a terminal for the first time. You run a setup wizard that asks plain-English questions about your company — name, team, revenue targets, priorities. You install your AI assistant and name it. You make your first capture and log your first decision. By the time you leave, your system is running and you have real data in it. No coding. Every command is copy-paste.

Session 2 — 4 Hours

Deepen Your System

You learn to talk to your AI naturally — no slash commands, just conversation. The system auto-captures, auto-tags, and auto-routes your thoughts to the right place. You connect your email and calendar. You see what it looks like when your AI knows your schedule, your inbox, and your vault. You run your first daily briefing with real data.

Session 3 — 4 Hours

Run Your Company

This is the session that changes everything. You define your Rocks — your 3 to 7 priorities for the next 90 days. You build your Scorecard. You run your first War Room — the daily 15-minute ritual where your AI surfaces commitments, checks rock status, and flags what you are about to forget. Then you activate the Higher Self — the self-improving layer that scores the system and names your blind spots.

What Not to Expect

Clear on what this is not.

This is not an AI awareness workshop.

I will not explain what AI is or why it matters. This room assumes you are past awareness and ready to build.

This is not a prompt engineering course.

You will not learn “50 prompts for executives.” The system handles the prompting. You handle the thinking.

This is not software training.

There is no SaaS dashboard, no monthly licence fee, no vendor lock-in. Your system runs on your MacBook, in open-format files that you own outright.

This is not gentle.

The system will score you. It will surface your say-do gap. It will name your blind spots. If you want an AI that flatters you, use ChatGPT. If you want one that makes you better, build an Execution-OS.

All programs above deliver knowledge transfer only. Execution-OS delivers both the knowledge and the operational infrastructure.

Our workshop data across 68 participants shows average time savings of 4 to 7 hours per week. At that rate, the workshop pays for itself in six to eight weeks. The question is not whether you can afford RM 15,000. It is whether you can afford another quarter without a system.

I run this system every day. Not as a demo. Not as a selling tool. As the actual operating layer of how I manage 19 people, track a 90-day sprint, make decisions, and hold myself accountable.

Every number I share in this workshop is a real number. Every ritual I teach you is a ritual I run. Every feature I show you is a feature I use.

Most AI workshops are taught by people who study AI. This one is taught by someone who runs a company on it.

FAQ

Common questions

Zero coding required. The entire setup runs through a single-command installer and an interactive wizard that asks you plain-English questions about your business. You will type commands into a terminal, but every command is provided to you — copy, paste, run. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can operate this system.

Yes. The workshop is macOS only (macOS 12 Monterey or later). This is a deliberate choice — it ensures every participant has the same environment, the same terminal, and the same experience. It eliminates 90% of technical support issues and lets us focus on building your system, not debugging your laptop.

Absolutely. The system uses EOS terminology (Rocks, Scorecard, Issues List) because it is the most battle-tested execution framework for SMBs — but the concepts map to any system. Rocks = 90-day priorities. Scorecard = weekly numbers that tell you if you are winning. If you run OKRs, the translation is nearly 1:1. If you run no formal system at all, even better — you will leave with a working framework on Day 1.

Your vault is a folder of markdown files on your MacBook. This is the source of truth — it never leaves your machine unless you choose to share it. When you interact with Claude, prompts are processed by Anthropic’s US-based servers (they do not use API data for model training). NotebookLM processes your documents for cross-document search — with a Google Workspace Business Plus account (USD 18/month, part of the workshop requirements), your uploaded data is not used for training Google’s AI models. You decide what goes in. There are no SaaS databases, no cloud storage you do not control, no vendor lock-in.

The CEO or founder should attend personally. The setup wizard asks for YOUR vision — your revenue targets, your rocks, your scorecard metrics, your decision filters. A delegate can attend, but the system will be weaker because it will reflect someone else’s interpretation of your priorities. If you must send a delegate, brief them with your exact targets, top 3 priorities, and biggest current bottleneck.

WhatsApp alumni community with direct access to Sean. Daily nudge messages for the first two weeks. Weekly prompts for 8 weeks. A Day 30 virtual reunion session (90 minutes) to troubleshoot, share wins, and optimize your system. The workshop is designed so your system keeps working long after the sessions end.

ChatGPT forgets every conversation. Claude forgets every conversation. They are powerful but stateless — every session starts from zero. Execution OS is a persistent, structured system that captures your decisions, tracks your commitments, and remembers your context across sessions. It has semantic memory that retains your patterns and surfaces them proactively. Most importantly, it scores itself after every session against 15 criteria and evolves to serve you better. It is the difference between hiring a temp every morning and developing a chief of staff who grows with your business.

No. The system includes a Frozen File Guard — a governance layer that protects your core configuration from any AI-driven changes. The only file the AI can evolve is its own identity file (its "Higher Self"), and every evolution suggestion requires your explicit approval before it takes effect. Your rules, your agents, your core system — all frozen and protected. You control what evolves and what stays fixed.

Yes, measurably. Every session is scored against 15 criteria across three pillars: Presence (does it proactively connect your work to your goals?), Knowledge (does it use memory and context effectively?), and Execution (did it complete what it committed to?). Low scores trigger targeted improvement suggestions. You can track your system's growth over time in the evolution log. Most users see noticeable improvement within the first two weeks of daily use.
