Session 1 -- 4 hours -- From zero to a working system
Every attendee leaves this session with a personalized, running Execution OS vault — configured with their company name, team members, revenue targets, and first real data captured.
Hook & Prime
Opens with a question: "How many decisions did you make last week that you cannot remember today?" Live demo of Sean's actual daily briefing. Each participant shares their biggest execution frustration. Framework introduction: why execution systems beat productivity tools.
Terminal Orientation & Setup
Meet your MacBook's hidden superpower: the terminal. Five commands taught as "looking around your office" (cd = walk into a room, ls = look around). Install your AI tool with a single command. Run the interactive setup wizard: company name, team members, revenue targets, ventures. Name your personal AI assistant. Launch the system.
First Commands
The guided first-run experience walks you through your first capture and first decision. Run your first daily briefing — see your data appearing in real-time. The capture habit: talk to your AI naturally about a real business topic. Watch it auto-capture, auto-tag, and auto-route to the right place.
Verify & Anchor
Confirm your vault is running. Sean spot-checks vaults live on screen. Homework: capture at least 5 things before Session 2 — decisions, ideas, tasks. Just talk to your AI. Preview of Session 2: connecting email, calendar, and your knowledge brain.
You leave Session 1 with: A running AI vault personalized to your company, with your first captures and decisions logged. You can talk to your AI naturally and it understands your business context.
Deepen Your System
Session 2 -- 4 hours -- Master vault skills, add integrations
Master the core vault features, then connect optional superpowers: Gmail, Calendar, and cross-document intelligence. Your AI starts to genuinely know your business.
Homework Review & Hook
Celebrate: who captured 5+ items this week? Volunteers share their best capture or decision. Sean runs a live vault status check on a volunteer's system. The hook: "You are only using 20% of what your system can do."
Advanced Vault Skills
Natural language power: just talk, the AI captures, tags, and routes automatically. The find engine: search across all your decisions and captures by tags, titles, or full text. Task management: create tasks with due dates and priorities, watch them surface in your daily briefing.
Integrations as Superpowers
Key frame: your vault works perfectly on its own — integrations are superpowers you add when ready. Gmail and Calendar setup for those who choose. AI-powered meeting prep: pull vault, email, and calendar context before any meeting. Live demo: cross-document intelligence via NotebookLM — grounded answers from hundreds of your documents with zero hallucination.
Apply & Anchor
Run your daily briefing with whatever integrations are connected — enriched or vault-only, both are valuable. Progress verification checklist. Homework: run your daily briefing every morning this week. Capture at least 3 decisions. Use AI meeting prep before your most important meeting.
You leave Session 2 with: A vault full of real data, natural language capture working, search engine operational. Optional: Gmail and Calendar connected. You are a power user who can find, track, and prep with AI.
Run Your Company
Session 3 -- 4 hours -- EOS framework, daily rituals, accountability
This is where information becomes accountability. Build your 90-day execution plan, run your first War Room, and establish the daily rhythm that transforms how you operate.
Homework Review & Hook
"Who ran the daily briefing every morning?" Celebrate consistency. The hook: "You have the best-organized information in your industry. But information without accountability is just trivia." Live demo: Sean runs his actual morning War Room.
EOS Framework in 30 Minutes
For EOS users: your L10, Rocks, and Scorecard — AI-powered and daily, not just weekly. For non-EOS users: the simplest execution framework that actually works. Core concepts taught through interaction: Rocks (90-day priorities), Scorecard (weekly numbers), Issues List (IDS: Identify, Discuss, Solve), Say-Do Tracker (accountability).
Build Your 90-Day Plan
Define your Rocks: dictate 3-7 priorities to your AI. Partner challenge: "Is that really a Rock, or just a to-do?" Build your Scorecard: identify 3-5 weekly numbers. "What is the ONE number that, if green, means your week was good?" Load your Issues List. Live IDS exercise on a real participant issue. The big moment: run your first AI-powered War Room. Each person reads their 3 daily commitments aloud.
Verify & Graduate
